I'm Jean-Baptiste Marchetti, founder of BaptiDay. I launched this app in 2024 after going through, in my own family, the challenge of coordinating the countless details of a baptism: church, godparents, invitations, caterer, favors, photos... Since then, thousands of parents and godparents have used BaptiDay to plan this important day without stress, in France and abroad. I personally write the reference guides on this site, combining real feedback from our community with official sources (Catholic Conference of Bishops, national statistics, civil registries). Every article reflects a simple intention: give families the accurate, sourced, kind information they need, whether they are preparing a Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox, civil or non-religious baptism.
